OUTLOOK™ will take place in the beautiful city of Budapest, at the Marriott Hotel. You’ll have the opportunity to book your room at a special EDANA rate. More information will be available soon.
Delegate Pass
Delegate fees: Fees include entrance to the conference, lunches, coffee breaks, 2 evening receptions, and conference presentations in digital format.
Networking fees: A company is entitled to buy one networking pass for each registered delegate. This pass gives access to the first keynote on DAY 1, lunches, coffee breaks and 2 evening cocktails.

Discount: Benefit from a 15% discount by registering a minimum of 4 delegates. Registrations must be done simultaneously to benefit from the discount. Discounts do not apply to networking passes.
Exhibition
Our exhibition provides a unique platform to showcase your brand’s expertise and engage directly with delegates. It also serves as a personal meeting hub for you to connect with clients and suppliers. Booth bookings will open soon, so stay tuned!
The fees include a space with a desk, chair and backdrop which can be personalised and an electrical connection, as well as 1 delegate pass per company. Fees exclude the 21% Belgian VAT.

OUTLOOK™ 2024 took place on 24-26 September 2024 in Rome, gathering a record of 549 delegates from 212 companies and 37 countries across the nonwovens personal care, hygiene & wipes products value chain.
OUTLOOK™ 2024 Conference
The conference, structured across five key sessions, featured 26 distinguished speakers covering a diverse array of critical topics impacting not only the nonwovens industry but society at large. These topics included cutting-edge innovations and eco-design, evolving market dynamics, navigating new EU regulations, the future of absorbent hygiene products, sustainability, retail strategies, and the challenges posed by China's influence on European commerce.
