Internship at EDANA - January 2025 to June 2025
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Conference and Marketing support Intern. The role will include day-to-day tasks associated with events marketing, community management and communication. It will start in January 2025 for a duration of 6 months.
The intern will join the marketing and communications' team and will be tasked with:
- Developing targeted content and visuals for social media publications related to trainings and conferences
- Monitoring SM activies
- Creating email marketing campaigns to promote upcoming conference and trainings
- Creating short video content to promote activities
- Supporting the event manager with registration management, customer support, and event planning

Qualifications / requirements
- Marketing and communications skills, preferably in a B2B environment
- Customer driven, willing to provide the best customer service
- Organised
- Excellent written and visual communication skills (professional English)
- Knowledge of social media
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, InDesign,...)
- Video making and editing a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Events Management or related fields
- Ability to work in the EU
