Internship at EDANA - January 2025 to June 2025

 

Role Description

 

This is a full-time on-site role for a Conference and Marketing support Intern. The role will include day-to-day tasks associated with events marketing, community management and communication. It will start in January 2025 for a duration of 6 months. 

The intern will join the marketing and communications' team and will be tasked with:

  • Developing targeted content and visuals for social media publications related to trainings and conferences
  • Monitoring SM activies
  • Creating email marketing campaigns to promote upcoming conference and trainings
  • Creating short video content to promote activities
  • Supporting the event manager with registration management, customer support, and event planning
  • ...

Qualifications / requirements

  • Marketing and communications skills, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Customer driven, willing to provide the best customer service
  • Organised
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills (professional English)
  • Knowledge of social media
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, InDesign,...)
  • Video making and editing a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Events Management or related fields
  • Ability to work in the EU
