EDANA elects new Board Association’s broader reach and wider scope to be supported with new expertise EDANA has elected five new Gov-ernors and confirmed the team of Officers for 2021 - 2022. Mikael Staal Axelsen (Fibertex) re-mains as Chair, supported by con-tinuing Vice-Chairs Åsa Johansson (Essity, Sweden) and David Lamb (Nonwovenn, UK) and Treasurer Giorgio Mantovani (Corman, Italy). “EDANA now has over 320 mem-bers and a broader reach and wider scope than ever. It is encouraging therefore to welcome such a range of expertise on to our board” said Mr. Staal Axelsen. “The ongoing member confidence in our assembly to drive our determined and broad agenda is very rewarding. EDANA celebrates 50 years! Unbelievable but true…. April 2021 marked the start of EDANA’s 50th year. EDANA will celebrate this milestone with a festive event gather-ing our network in April 2022 (exact date tbc). This milestone marks five decades of relentless dedication to offering the best possible services to our members and representing them as the trust-ed and informed voice of the industry. It has been a fabulous adventure and we are ready to continue for another amazing 50 years.
